By downloading, accessing, or using any Beanstalk Studio app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps. Some apps (such as Thessia) may have higher age requirements, which will be clearly stated in the app description and during onboarding.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our apps for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Interfere with the proper working of the apps
• Attempt to access restricted areas or systems
• Upload malicious code or content

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software within our apps are owned by Beanstalk Sdn Bhd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings.

6. Disclaimer

Our apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
